I have tried and tried to eat oatmeal for breakfast but I just can’t. I need something salty and that will keep me full. I love this scramble and I hope you do too. Like all of my recipes, if you don’t have the same exact vegetables don’t worry!
2 tablespoons coconut aminos ( can sub for soy sauce)
1 package of tempeh
3 medium potaotes
1 cup chopped kale
1 yellow onion
1 package mushrooms
1 yellow squash
1 bell pepper
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
2 Tablespoons of olive oil (or whatever oil you use)
- Bring your pan to a medium heat add olive oil and chopped onions.
- Chop all of your vegetables and sauté them for 2-3 minutes.
- Chop your tempeh and add to the mix.
- Add seasonings.
- Let cook for 3-5 minutes.
