Scrambled Tempeh

I have tried and tried to eat oatmeal for breakfast but I just can’t. I need something salty and that will keep me full. I love this scramble and I hope you do too. Like all of my recipes, if you don’t have the same exact vegetables don’t worry!

1 tsp salt

2 Tablespoons of olive oil (or whatever oil you use)

Toppings:

avacado

  2. Chop all of your vegetables and sauté them for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Chop your tempeh and add to the mix.

  6. Enjoy!
